This tab displays the Lyrics3 tag if it is properly located:

This tag allows to extend the very restricted sizes of the ID3 v1.x tag fields. These are displayed in the Overview tab.

The sections which contain potentially lengthy text such as the lyrics of the song, are displayed in tabs of their own.

The Unknown fields tab contains any tag fields which are unknown to this implementation.
