A very simple FileHandler which allows to browse a directory containing images and display the selected image in a viewer.

When opening a browser on an image file, it will provide a directory tree rooted at that files parent directory and will display the images and sub-directories contained therein.

Selecting an image in the tree will show it in the viewer on the right side, where it can be zoomed and panned.
